YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy

When you send a quote enquiry, Shades2U receives your name, phone, email, installation address and project details at info@shades2u.com.au so Thomas can contact you about your shade. We use Render to host the website and our existing email service to deliver and retain enquiries. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information.

Your saved shade ideas and saved plans use storage in your own browser. Photos selected in the planner are previewed on your device and are not uploaded with the enquiry. You can email photos separately after contacting Thomas.

Google reviews and Facebook or YouTube videos open or load third-party services when you choose them. Contact info@shades2u.com.au to request access to or correction of your enquiry information.

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and actions such as successful quote enquiries and clicks to call or email us. Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, installation address or enquiry notes to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal by not loading Analytics.
